APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR
W174 S7206 LAKE DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2193.028)
THE LA RUE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
WHEREAS, On July 5, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Dennis
LaRue to construct a 320 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W174 S7206
Lake Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0ED. Suburban Residence District as modified by the
to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.1, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size
structure not exceeding 320 square feet for the LaRue property at W174 S7206 Lake Drive in
accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2).
