PCR2001096RESOLUTION #P.C. 096-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR W174 S7206 LAKE DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2193.028) THE LA RUE PROPERTY LOCATED AT WHEREAS, On July 5, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Dennis LaRue to construct a 320 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W174 S7206 Lake Drive, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3/0ED. Suburban Residence District as modified by the to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.1, and Existing Devlopment Overlay, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 60-percent of the livable first floor area of the residence, allowing 694 SF of accessory structures, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's structure on the property for business related activities, and surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with aluminum siding and fiberglass shingled roof.
