PCR2001095RESOLUTION #P.C. 095-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE ENTRINGER PROPERTY LOCATED AT W170 S7950-52 GREEN STREET (TAX KEY NO. 2218,019) WHEREAS, On July 3, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Jim 57950-52 Green Street. and Entringer to construct a 120 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W170 WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-ZOD, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Duplex Overlay, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 60-percent of the livable first floor area of the residence, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with wood siding and asphalt shingled roof. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 120 square feet for the Entringer property at W170 S7950-52 Green Street in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation. the initiation of legal action, or both.
