PCR2001094RESOLUTION #P.C. 094-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR S83 W20370 JANESVILLE ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2226.999) THE MUSKEG0 PARK PROPERTY LOCATED AT WHEREAS, On June 21. 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Waukesha County Dept. of Parks and Land Use to construct a 1,221 square foot open-air shelter at the Muskego Park property located at W216 S10621 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 and RS-3101PIOWP. Suburban Residence District as modified by the Institutional and Public Service and Wellhead Protection Overlays, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 25 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with brown timbers on a field stone base and a cedar shake roof. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size shelter not exceeding 1,221 square feet for the Muskego Park property at W216 S10621 Janesville Road in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.11 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
