PCR2001092RESOLUTION #P.C. 092-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR W216 S10621 CROWBAR ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2282.995) THE KINDLER PROPERTY LOCATED AT WHEREAS, On June 18. 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Jim Kindler to construct a 3,150 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W216 S10621 Crowbar Road. and WHEREAS, The property is zoned A, Agriculture District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l. and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1-percent of the land area and the parcel contains approximately 36.6 acres which would allow 15,950 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 25 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the properly for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with steel siding and steel roof, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Pian Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 3,150 square feet for the Kindler property at W216 S10621 Crowbar Road in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
