PCR20010880 RESOLUTION #P.C.088-2001 APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR AN EQUIPMENT VAULT ON THE QUIETWOOD CREEK OUTLOT #4 FOR AMERITECH (MARTIN DRIVE / TAX KEY 2197 164) WHEREAS, On June 11, 2001 plans were submitted by Edward Polito on behalf of Ameritech. for a building, site and operation plan for a telecommunications equipment vault located on Outlot 4 of the Quietwood Creek Subdivision (Martin Drive), and WHEREAS, Said plans include locating a 7' x 25' vault housing Ameritech equipment, and said structure will be located underground, and WHEREAS, The equipment vault will have an access area measuring 5' x 8' exposed 2'8" above grade, and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned RS-3/0PD, Suburban Residence District with the Planned from the south property line, and Development Overlay, requiring a 40 foot setback from the right-of-way of Martin Drive and 10-foot offset WHEREAS, Said plan illustrates a IO-foot setback from the south lot line, and said setback does conform to the zoning code, and WHEREAS, It appears that if the exposed portion of the vault were to meet the required offsets, the structure would encroach into a recorded drainage easement, and WHEREAS, That landscaping is required to shield the exposed portion of the vault and said plan has been submitted and is addressed by Resolution #PCO91-2001, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building, site and operation plan submitted by Edward Polito for an Ameritech equipment vault located in Outlot 4 of the Quietwood Creek Subdivision. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval is required from the Public Works Committee for any portion of the structure that encroaches into a recorded drainage easement #PCO91-2001 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That approval of the Resolution is subject to the approval of Resolution BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
