PCR2001085APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY BUILDING SITE AND RESOLUTION #P.C. 085-2001 FIREWORKS FOR UNIVERSAL FIREWORKS AT THE OPERATION PLAN FOR SALE OF LINCOLN POINT MALL PROPERTY (S63 W13700 JANESVILLE ROAD) WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Heather Muente-Siege1 to locate a temporary sales tent and signs advertising the sale of fireworks at the Lincoln Point Mall property located at 563 W13700 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, Temporary sales vendors are limited to one on site at any one time, and no other vendors have been approved for this location, and WHEREAS, The dates and the hours of operation will be June 213'~, 2001 through July 5", 2001 from 8:OO a.m. until 8:OO p.m.. and WHEREAS, The tent canopy will be 30' x 30' in size and will contain two (2) 2-foot by &foot banners for signage. and WHEREAS, Petitioner has received written permission from the property owner for the use of the premises, and WHEREAS, Petitioner must provide written permission for the use of sanitary facilities at the Community Electronics located on the site, and WHEREAS, Access to the site is provided from Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, There is ample on-site parking to accommodate the temporary use, and said use does not pose any internal traffic circulation problems, and WHEREAS, An electrical permit and inspection will be required by the Building Inspection Department for any proposed electricity hookup. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves the request for a temporary conditions: stand at the Lincoln Point Mall site for fireworks sales for Heather Muente-Siege1 subject to the following 2.
