RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR
LAKEWOOD CONDOMINIUMS LOCATED IN THE SE 'A OF SECTION 8
(FORMERLY TAX KEY NO 2192.086)
WHEREAS, a Condominium Plat was submitted by Gary Januszewski for a 48
unit Condominium located within the Final Plat of Lakewood Development (f.k.a
Overlook Bay Phase II) property located in the SE 'A of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned RSM / OPD, and is subject to the provisions
of Planned Development Districts approved for Overlook Bay Phase II, and
WHEREAS, The Condominium Plat substantially conforms to the Building Site
and Operation Plan approved by Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, The dwellings are connected to public sewer and water facilities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
approval to the Common Council of a 48 unit Condominium Plat for the
Lakewood Condominiums property located in the SE X of Section 8, subject to
resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning
Department, City Engineers, and Fire Department, and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding
assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a *.DXF, '.DWG, or '.DGN file of this Final
Plat shall be submitted to the City and approved by the City Engineer prior to City
signatures being placed upon the CSM (3-1/2" diskette).
