APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR

THE BOWMIL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
WHEREAS, On May 24, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Stephen
Bowmil to construct a 192 square Foot accessory structure at the property located at S104
W15169 Loomis Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned A, Agriculture District, and where said structure is a permitted
accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l. and
WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1% of the total land
footage of accessory buildings, and
area and the parcel contains 2.76 acres which would allow 1,201 square feet of total square
WHEREAS, No outbuilding currently exists on the parcel, and
WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate
height is limited to 25 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's
surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other
structure on the property for business related activities, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with plywood siding and asphalt shingled roof, and
the materials and colors will match the existing residence.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size
accordance to Section 4.05 (1) Band 6.1 1 (2).
