PCR2001073RESOLUTION #P.C. 073-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR W204 S8290 PASADENA DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2229.056) THE SHIRCEL PROPERTY LOCATED AT WHEREAS, On May 16, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by James Shircel to construct a 192 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W204 S8290 Pasadena Drive. and the Wellhead Protection and Planned Development Overlay Districts, and where said structure is WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-lIOWPIOPD, Suburban Residence District as modified by a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.1, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 60% of the first floor square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and area of the residence and the residence contains 2.040 square feet which would allow 1,224 WHEREAS, No outbuildings currently exist on the parcel, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with white cedar siding, and a dimensional shingled roof, and the materials and colors will match the existing residence. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 192 square feet for the Shircel property at W204 S8290 Pasadena Drive in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2). approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the of legal action, or both.
