PCR2001071RESOLUTION #P.C. 071-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR W219 S7214 CROWBAR ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2186.995) THE MOELLER PROPERTY LOCATED AT WHEREAS, On May 14, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted by Ryan S7214 Crowbar Road, and Moeller to construct a 1,200 square foot accessory structure at the property located at W219 WHEREAS, The property is zoned RCE. Residential Country Estate District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 60% of the livable area of the first floor of the residence and the residence contains 1,344 square feet which would allow 806 square feet, and WHEREAS, One outbuilding currently exist on the parcel totaling 440 square feet, allowing 336 square feet of additional accessory structure, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback and offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with gray metal siding and roof with a one-foot overhang, and white trim. and the colors will match the existing residence. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 336 square feet for the Moeller property at W219 S7214 Crowbar Road in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.11 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
