APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
AND AMENDMENT TO A CONDITIONAL USE GRANT AT
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W179 S7714116 PIONEER DRIVE
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Jeffrey Holtz on May 4, 2001, for building site and operation plan
approval and to amend the conditional use grant for Ihe sale of automobiles at the property located at
W179 S7714 I16 Pioneer Drive, and
WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned 8-3, General Business District, and is subject to a conditional
use grant allowing the operation of auto sales and repair, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved in Resolution #PC 184-91 the following:
1, Not more than 12 vehicles be maintained on the site for sale at any one time.
2. Not more than 8 vehicles for sale be parked within the front parking area with a yearly review.
