PCR20010600 RESOLUTION #P.C. 060-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE NEPSCHA PROPERTY LOCATED AT S70 W21101 STONECREST ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2184.017) WHEREAS, On May 3, 2001 a site plan and construction information was Submitted by John Nepscha to construct a 180 square foot accessory structure at the properly located at S70 W21101 Stonecrest Road, and WHEREAS, The properly is zoned RCE, Residential Country Estate District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.I. and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1% of the total land area and the parcel contains 3.51 acres which would allow 1,529 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and WHEREAS, No outbuildings currently exist on the parcel, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback, and the required 40-fOOt with the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible nor any other structure on the properly for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with brown asphalt shingles and russet brown plywood siding with beige trim, and the materials and colors will match the existing residence THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 180 square feet for the Nepscha property at 570 W21101 Stonecrest Road in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.11 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines Of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
