PCR20010580 RESOLUTION #P.C. 058-2001 APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE CROUCH PROPERTY LOCATED AT S63 W13292 WINDSOR ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2162.017) WHEREAS, On March 2, 2001 a site plan and construction information was submitted located at S63 W13292 Windsor Road. and by Willis Crouch to construct a 192 square foot accessory structure at the property WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2. Suburban Residence District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.l, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 60% of livable area of the first floor of the residence and contains approximately 1,654 square feet which would allow 992 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and WHEREAS, No outbuildings currently exist on the parcel, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure meets the required setback, and the required 20-foot offsets, the ultimate height is limited to 15 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the materials submitted do not propose the use of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with asphalt shingles and plywood siding, and the colors have not been indicated. e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 192 square feet for the Crouch property at S63 W13292 Windsor Road in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
