That the Plan Commission amroves of a buildina site and ODeration olan for an office I warehouse structure on the Accurate CAD-CAM property located at Wli9 S8224 Mercury Dive (Tax Key No. 2221.020). I BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a revised photometric plan illustratinq shall be provided to the Director of Buildinq and Enqineerinq. and said pla requirement of no more 0.5 foot-candles at the lot line prior to the release n shall comply with the City’s , liqht levels to the north property line of buildinq permits. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That plantinq bed #I shall wrap around the north side of the structure to avoid encroachinq the drainaqe swale. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED.
