RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE STONEGATE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
LOCATED IN THE NW % SECTION 13, TOWN OF WIND LAKE
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat for the Stonegate Estates Subdivision was
submitted by Glen Miller for the property located in the NW 114 of Section 13,
Town of Wind Lake, on March 22,2001, and
WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the
extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan
Commission and Common Council is necessary under the City's subdivision
regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts
with future street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Wind Lake must also approve of all land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends
approval to the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial
preliminary plat known as Stonegate Estates, located in the NW 114 of Section
13, Town of Wind Lake. 0
