PCR2001042ADOPTED RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE THE NEIMAN PROPERTY RESIDENCE WITH INSTITUTIONAL AND PUBLIC SERVICE OVERLAY AND AMENDING THE 2010 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENITAL DEVELOPMENT TO INSTITUTIONAL, LOCATED IN THE NE % OF SECTION 20 (TAX KEY NO. 2237.999 /WOODS ROAD) RESOLUTION #P.C. 042-2001 FROM RS-1 SUBURBAN RESIDENCE TO RS-11 OIP SUBURBAN WHEREAS, On March 6, 2001 a petition for rezoning was submitted by the Muskego Norway School District to rezone the Neiman property from RS-1 District to RS-1 / OIP District, and WHEREAS, The total area to be rezoned would include approximately 20 acres, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been scheduled before the Common Council on March 27, 2001, and WHEREAS, The adjacent properties are zoned A - Agricultural to the west and south, RS-l/OIP to the east and RS-2 to the north, and WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan anticipates this specific area being set aside for medium density residential development. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of the Neiman property, approximately 20 acres from RS-1 District to RS-1 / OIP District, referred to by Tax Key No. 2237.999.
