RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO AMEND CHAPTER 17 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO SECOND RESIDENCES I GUEST QUARTERS
RESOLUTION #P.C. 036-2001
WHEREAS, At the request of Alderman Salentine the Plan Commission directed planning staff
to review the zoning code provisions pertaining to second residence and guest quarters, and
recommend possible revisions, and
WHEREAS, planning staff has reviewed the matter and forwarded recommended revisions to
Section 17:8.01 and 17:8.11 of the zoning ordinance as attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been scheduled to consider the matter on March 27, 2001
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the attached
revisions to Section 17:8.01 and 17:8.11 of the zoning ordinance to the Common Council
