PCR2001029RESOLUTION #P.C. 029-2001 6 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT
FOR THE TWILIGHT HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE NW ‘A SECTION 3, TOWN
OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, A final plat for the Twilight Heights Subdivision, a 15 lot subdivision, was submitted
by James Fritz for the properly located along East Wind Lake Road and North Wind Lake Road
in the NW 114 of Section 3, Town of Norway, on February 19, 2001, and
WHEREAS, Said subdivision is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers of the
City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission and Common Council is necessary
under the City’s subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts and no conflicts with future
street patterns of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must also approve of all land divisions within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial final plat creating a 15 lot land
division of the property located in the NW 114 of Section 3, Town of Norway.
