APPROVAL OF AN ANNUAL CONDITIONAL USE GRANT REVIEW TO ALLOW TWO
(2) MINI-STORAGE WAREHOUSES FOR GEORGE ALEX AT THE PROPERTY
LOCATED AT S98 W12682/86 LOOMIS ROAD (TAX KEY #2257.984)
WHEREAS, Formal Building, Site and Operation Plans and a Conditional Use Grant
application were submitted to the Planning Department by George Alex for two (2) mini-
storage warehouses for the property located at S98 W12682/86 Loomis Road on
November 4,1994, and
WHEREAS, As a Conditional Use Grant and Building, Site and Operation plan was
adopted by the Plan Commission for two mini-storage warehouse for the property
located at S98 W12682/86 for George Alex under Resolution #P.C. 227-94 on
December 20, 1994, and
WHEREAS, Building #1 includes 34 - 10 x 20' spaces and 8 - 5 x 10' spaces, and
building #2 has not been constructed, and
WHEREAS, Conditions of approval included:

WHEREAS, A site inspection conducted on February 20, 2001 found the property to be

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of the Annual
Conditional Use Grant Review and the Building, Site, and Operation plan by George
Alex and that the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated and received November 18,
1994, be kept on file in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the petitioner must apply for an additional review
prior to the second Plan Commission meeting scheduled for March of each calendar
year, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the conditions of this
Building, Site and Operation Plan shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day
per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
