RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO ACQUIRE LANDS
LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 9
(W180 S7677 PIONEER DRIVE / TAX KEY NO. 2195.960)
WHEREAS, The Director of Building and Engineering has recommended that
lands be acquired within the floodway of Muskego Creek, generally located in the
SW 114 Of Section 9, and
WHEREAS, Director of Building and Engineering has identified the property more
commonly known as W180 S7677 Pioneer Drive 1 Tax Key No. 21 95.960 for
such purposes, and
WHEREAS, The property is currently used for single family residential purposes,
and
WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Plan depicts this area to be used for open
space.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the
acquisition of W180 S7677 Pioneer Drive / Tax Key No. 2195.960. 0
