RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO APPROVE REZONING FROM EA
EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO A AGRICULTURE DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE
NE X OF SECTION 21 (RACINE AVENUE/ PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2241.999)
WHEREAS, A petition for rezoning was submitted by Lawrence Stefaniak to rezone the
property identified as being a part of Tax Key No. 2241.999 / Racine Avenue, from EA Exclusive
Agriculture District to A Agriculture District, and
WHEREAS, The subject property is approximately 9.6 acres in size and meets the dimensional
requirements of the A Agriculture District, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been scheduled before the Common Council
on March 13,2001, and
WHEREAS, The 201 0 Comprehensive Plan anticipates this specific area being set aside for
residential uses and the proposal is consistent with the Plan
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval
to the Common Council for the rezoning of a part of Tax Key No. 2241.999 I Racine Avenue,
from EA Exclusive Agriculture District to A Agriculture District.
