PCR2001016ADOPTED APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING. SITE AND OPERATION PIAN DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2177.944) RESOLUTION #P.C. 016-2001 0 FOR THE KARA-OKE INN PROPERTY LOCATED AT W191 S6409 HILLENDALE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Ronald and Pamela Pulver to amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the Kara-Oke Inn property located at W191 S6409 Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, The existing property contains a tavern and residential dwelling, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 / OHS Suburban Residence District with Highway Service Overlay District and the existing use is in conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to construct a structural addition with approximate dimensions of 8 x 27' and said addition would be in conformance with said zoning district. WHEREAS, The parcel is subject to the requirements of the Muskego General Design Guide, which requires commercial buildings and additions to be of a residential character, and the proposal is consistent with this requirement and the existing architecture, and WHEREAS. The DrODOSed addition will be used for the installation of a DOOI table and a will not increase the seating capacity of the tavern. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED. That the Plan Commission awroves of an amended building, site and operation plan for a building addition to the Kaia-Oke Inn for the property located at W191 S6409 Hillendale Drive, for Ronald and Pamela Pulver BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspects of this plan shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
