APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR A COLOCATED
WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY FOR VOICESTREAM WIRELESS, ON
THE SPRINT TOWER LOCATED ON THE ADDlS PROPERTY
(LOOMIS ROAD I TAX KEY NO. 2295.996)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on February 5, 2001 and amended February 20,
2001 by Voicestream Wireless for a building, site and operation plan for a collocated
wireless communications facility on the Sprint tower at the Addis property located on
Loomis Road (Tax Key No. 2295.996), and
WHEREAS, The facility is proposed to be located on an existing 200 foot tall
communications tower, and said collocations are permitted subject to Plan Commission
approval of a building, site, and operation plan, and
WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned A I OIP Agricultural District with
Institutional and Public Service Overlay District, and the petition conforms to the bulk
requirements of the District, and

WHEREAS, Access to the site via existing driveways and there is no conflict with the
adopted 2010 Street System Plan.
WHEREAS, The public interest would be served by enhancing wireless
communications and emergency 91 1 capabilities, and
WHEREAS, A surety in a form acceptable to the Finance Committee must be approved
prior to release of building permits and no information has been received to date, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego's Wireless Communications Facilities ordinance
requires all ground-based equipment to share a common building of residential
character
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a building,
site and operation plan submitted February 5, 2001 by Voicestream Wireless for a
collocated wireless communications facility on the Sprint tower at the Addis property
located on Loomis Road (Tax Key No. 2295.996).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to receipt of a surety by the
Finance Committee prior to release of building permits.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspects of this plan as they relate to landscape areas and
drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan 0 commission.
0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy is requested prior to the completion of
landscaping and/or asphalting, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to twice
the value of said costs must be submitted to the Planning Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal
action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an equipment shelter should be constructed in
masonry with a 4/12 roof pitch and should house the equipment of Verizon and
Voicestream per their approval of December 19, 2000 by Resolution #PC. 218-
2000.
