CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR THE BROTT PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE % SECTION 36, TOWN OF VERNON
WHEREAS, On February 8, 2001 A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division
was submitted by Victor Brott for the Brott property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 36,
Town of Vernon, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction of the extraterritorial powers
of the City of Muskego and approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the
City's subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse drainage impacts to the City of Muskego,
and
i ! RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF AN EXTRATERRITORIAL
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 has no street frontage and is proposed to access Kelsey Drive via
a 33' wide easement, and such access is not in conformance with Chapter 18 of the
City of Muskego Ordinances regulating division on land, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Vernon must also approve of all land divisions within their e jurisdiction
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to
the Common Council of the City of Muskego of an extraterritorial Certified Survey Map
creating a two (2) lot land division of the Brott property, located in the NE 114 of Section
36. Town of Vernon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is conditioned upon the illustration of
a 60 foot wide street reservation to serve parcel 1
