APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING SITE AND
OPERATION PLAN FOR NABCO ENTRANCES, INC. LOCATED AT
S82 W18717 GEMINI DRIVE (TAX KEY NO. 2222.982)
WHEREAS, On January 18, 2001 a site plan was submitted by NABCO
Entrances, Inc. to allow the testing and demonstration of a swinging door unit at
the property located at St32 W18717 Gemini Drive, and
WHEREAS, The unit will be located on the west side of the existing structure,
adjacent to the parking lot, and
WHEREAS, The unit will be permitted to be in place for testing and
demonstration for a period not to exceed three months from the approval date of
this Resolution, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves to allow
the testing and demonstration of a swinging door unit at the property located at
S82 W18717 Gemini Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any requests for time extensions for testing
and demonstration of the unit must be approved by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this
resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of
$100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
