APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
PART OF TAX KEY 2256.986)
FOR THE VALLEY GREEN LIFT STATION (NORTH CAPE ROAD /
WHEREAS, On January 5,2001 plans were submitted by the City of Muskego
Utility Department for a building, site and operation plan for the installation of a
sanitary sewer lift station, and
WHEREAS, Said plans include underground appurtenances as a 9 x 16'
masonry generator building, and
WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned R-3 Country Home District and is
subject to a pending rezoning petition to RS-3 Suburban Residence District, and
WHEREAS, public utility installations are permitted in both zoning districts
subject to application dimensional regulations, and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan indicates that the subject area is to
develop for medium density residential development, and the installation of a lift
station fosters development in accordance with the Plan, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the
Building Site and Operation Plan for the Valley Green Lifl Station, subject to
compliance with all dimensional regulations of the zoning district.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the
Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape
areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless
otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained
in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the
initiation of legal action, or both.
