WHEREAS. A site plan and collstruction information was submitted by the Muskego Police Department
to wnstrucl a 44' x 72' (2,592 square fee!) accessory structure at the property located at W124 S10629
West 124In Street on December 14, 200@, And
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-2. General Industrial Distri.3. and where said structure is a permitted
accessory use and subject irJ Plan Commission review per Section 4.C.5 (2) C 1, and
WHEREAS, The total square foaage for ,xcessory structures is limited to 1% of the total lot area and
the property is allowed 51,620 square feet oi total square fodage of accessory buildings, and
WHEREAS, Two outbuildings currently exisis on the parcel totaling approximately 5,750, and
WHEREAS, The proposed outbuilding w'li be located approximately 700 feet west of State Trunk
Highway 45 and screened from view by a 30 high berm. and
WHEREAS, The structure will he used tc :?OUSB equipment and evidence. and will be used for police
training purposes, and
WHEREAS, The location of the struc!um maintains all necessary offsets and setbacks. the height is
limited to 25 feet, with steel siding and roof, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the
