RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO APPROVE REZONING FROM EA
SE X OF SECTION 34 (UNION CHURCH ROAD/ PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2296.998)
EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE DISTRICT TO A AGRICULTURE DISTRICT LOCATED IN THE
WHEREAS, A petition for rszoning was submitted by Tom Waite to rezone the property
identified as being a part of Tax Key No. 2296.998 I Union Church Road, from EA Exclusive
I Agriculture District to A Agriculture District, and I WHEREAS, The subject property is approximately 38 acres in size and meets the dimensional
requirements of the A Agriculture District, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been scheduled before the Common Council
on January 9,2001, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan anticipates this specific area being set aside for
rural and agricultural uses and the proposal is consistent with the Plan
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval
to the Common Council for the rezoning of a part of Tax Key No. 2296.998 I Union Church
Road, from EA Exclusive Agriculture District to A Agriculture District.
