APPROVAL OF AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR
THE LAKE DENOON MIDDLE SCHOOL PROPERTY LOCATED AT
W216 S10586 CROWBAR ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2282.999)
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted by Muskego-
Norway School District to construct a 1,920 square foot accessory structure at
the Lake Denoon Middle School District property located at W216 S10586
Crowbar Road on November 17, 2000, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/01P, Suburban Residence District as
modified by the Institution and Public Service Overlay, and where said structure
is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section
4.05 (2) C.l, and
WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1 .O%
of the total lot area and contains approximately 57 acres which would allow
24,829 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and
WHEREAS, One outbuilding exists on the parcel totaling 375 square feet, and
e WHEREAS, The location of the structure maintains all necessary offsets and
setbacks, the ultimate height is limited to 25 feet so long a minimum of 2.75
acres is maintained, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the
applicant's surrounding area, and
WHEREAS, The structure will be constructed with dimensional shingles and
cedar-look, hardboard siding, and the colors will match the existing school.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a
compatible size structure not exceeding 1,920 square feet for the Lake Denoon
Middle School District property at W216 S10586 Crowbar Road in accordance to
Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this
resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of
$1 00 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the sunburst design be placed on
entrance and all garage doors.
