RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO ACQUIRE LANDS
LOCATED IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 4 (PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2176.991)
WHEREAS, The Park Board has recommended that lands lying north of Martin
Drive, being a part of Tax Key No. 21 76.991, be acquired for the expansion of
Park Arthur, located in the SE 114 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, 2005 Park and Open Space Plan depicts that Park Arthur should be
expanded, and
WHEREAS, such development would require the addition of the OIP Institutional
and Public Service Overlay District, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the
acquisition of lands lying north of Martin Drive, being a part of Tax Key No.
2176.991, located in the SE 114 of Section 4
