RESOLUTION #P.C. 200-2000 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL FOR
SKETCH LAND DIVISION AND CONCEPTUAL REZONING FOR THE
KAEBISCH PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW % OF SECTION 29 (PARKER
DR. I TAX KEY No. 2274.997.001 AND 2274.997.002)
WHEREAS, On October 19, 2000 a request for a two lot sketch land division and
conceptual rezoning was submitted by Laurel Kaebisch to subdivide and rezone
a portion of the Kaebisch property located along Parker Drive and Racine
Avenue in the NW 114 of Section 29. and
WHEREAS, Two parcels with a minimum size of 2.75 acres and 300 average lot
width will be created from the existing parcels, and
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be rezoned from ENOOS - Exclusive
Agricultural as modified by the office and Special Service Overlay District to A -
Agricultural District requiring 2.75 acres and 300 average lot width, and said lots
meet this requirement, and
WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has not been scheduled before the
Common Council, and
WHEREAS, The adjacent properties are zoned EA - Exclusive Agricultural to the
east, west and north and, A - Agricultural, to the south, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego 2010 Comprehensive Plan anticipates this
specific area being set aside for Agricultural and rural uses and the proposal
conforms with this requirement, and
WHEREAS, The ultimate right-of-way as required by the City of Muskego 2010
Arterial Street and Highway System Plan has been previously dedicated, and
WHEREAS, All wetlands shall be required to be delineated by SEWRPC or
designee on the Final CSM.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a two
lot sketch land division and conceptual rezoning from EA to A on the Kaebisch
property, located in the NW 114 of Section 29 (Tax Key No. 2274.997.001 and
2274.997.002).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and
final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission;
Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration bv the Plan

* Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, Common Coincil, and other
0 agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
