PCR2000199APPROVED RESOLUTION #P.C. 199-2000 APPROVAL FOR SKETCH LAND DIVISION AND CONCEPTUAL REZONING FOR THE SCHOLBE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 'h OF SECTION 30 (CROWBAR DRIVE I TAX KEY NO. 2277.997) WHEREAS, On October 20, 2000 a request for a two lot sketch land division and conceptual rezoning was submitted by Jeff Scholbe to subdivide and rezone a portion of the Scholbe property located along Crowbar Drive in the NW 114 of Section 30. and WHEREAS, Two parcels with a minimum size of 4.2 awes and 300 average lot width will be created from the existing 72 acre parcel, and WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to be rezoned from EA - Exclusive Agricultural District to A - Agricultural District requiring 2.75 acres and 300 average lot width, and said lots meet this requirement, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has not been scheduled before the Common Council, and WHEREAS, The adjacent properties are zoned EA - Exclusive Agricultural to the east, west and north and, A -Agricultural, to the south, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego 2010 Comprehensive Plan anticipates this specific area being set aside for Agricultural and rural uses and the proposal conforms with the plan, and WHEREAS, The ultimate 100 right-of-way for Crowbar Drive as required by the City of Muskego 2010 Arterial Street and Highway System Plan is to be dedicated on the Final CSM, and WHEREAS, All wetlands shall be required to be delineated by SEWRPC or designee on the Final CSM. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a two lot sketch land division and conceptual rezoning from EA to A on the Scholbe property, located in the NW 114 of Section 30 (Tax Key No. 2277.997). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The the Plan Commission waives the requirement for the remnant parcel to be surveyed as it exceeds 20 acres. 0 a BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, Common Council, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is.not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission.
