RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL OF A CONDOMINIUM PLAT FOR LAKEWOOD

DEVELOPMENT LOCATED IN THE SE % OF SECTION 8 (TAX KEY NOS 2192.979 AND
WHEREAS, a Condominium Plat was submitted by Gary Januszewski for a forty-eight (48) unit
condominiums (Lakewood Condominiums f.k.a Overlook Bay Phase II) property located in the
SE X of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, Said property is zoned 8-3 I RSM I OPD, and is subject to the provisions of
Planned Development Districts approved for the Muskego Centre and Overlook Bay Phase II,
l and
I WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has approved a Building Site and Operation Plan for the
construction of six (6) structures, each including eight (8) dwelling units, and
WHEREAS, the Common Council has approved the Final Plat of Lakewood development, and
has entered into developers agreements for the construction of public and private
improvements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends approval to the
Common Council of a Final Plat for the Lakewood Condominiums property located in the SE %
of Section 8 and will be receptive to the submittal of a final plat, subject to resolution of technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department, City Engineers, and Fire
Department, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance
and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a '.DXF, '.DWG, or '.DGN file of this Condominium Plat
shall be submitted to the City and approved by the City Engineer
