PCR2000183RESOLUTION #P.C. 183-2000 APPROVAL OF A ONE (1) LOT SKETCH LAND DIVISION FOR THE LANG PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE X OF SECTION 24 (PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2256.986 I VALLEY GREEN LIFT STATION) WHEREAS, On September 14, 2000 a sketch was submitted by the City of Muskego for a one (1) lot land division of the Lang property located in the SE % of Section 24, (Tax Key No. 2256.986 I North Cape Road), and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would create lots with a minimum area of 15,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 100 feet, and WHEREAS, Said property is proposed to be zoned RS-3 I OIP Suburban Residence District as modified by the Public Service and Institutional Overlay District, requiring a minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet and an average minimum width of 100 feet, and parcel meets said minimum zoning requirements, and WHEREAS, The purpose of said land division is to allow the construction of a sanitary sewer lift station, and WHEREAS, The adopted Comprehensive Plan depicts this area as being set aside for medium density sewered residential development and this proposal is within this goal, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a one (1) lot land division of the Lang property in the SE % of Section 24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission conceptually approves the concept of rezoning said lands to RS-3 I OIP BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is granted in concept only and final action is only an indication of the current intent of the Plan Commission; Final submittals are subject to future review and consideration by the Plan Commission, municipal committees of jurisdiction, and other agencies, and approval of final plans is not guaranteed by this action of the Plan Commission. e Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted: October 3, 2000 a Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: October 3, 2000 ATTEST.
