APPROVAL OF A BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR AN
EQUIPMENT VAULT ON THE DENTICE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S67
W12447 LARKSPUR ROAD FOR AMERITECH (TAX KEY 2164.032)
WHEREAS, On September 19,2000 plans were submitted by Ron Ahrens for a
building, site and operation plan for an Ameritech equipment vault located on the
Dentice property located at S67 W12447 Larkspur Road, and
WHEREAS, Said plans include locating a 6 x 24 vault housing Ameritech
equipment, and said structure will be located underground, and
WHEREAS, The equipment vault will have an access area measuring 5' x 8'
exposed 19' above grade, and
WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned Rs-2, Suburban Residence District,
and said plan conform to the zoning district requirements for an accessory
structure, and
WHEREAS, That landscaping is required to shield the exposed portion of the
vault from view from the public right-of-way and said plan has not been
submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the
building, site and operation plan submitted by Ron Ahrens for an Ameritech
equipment vault located on the Dentice property.
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, That a landscaping plan shall be approved by the
Planning Department prior to the issuance of building permits, and if occupancy
is requested prior to the completion of landscaping a bond, letter of credit or
cashiers check equal to twice the value of said costs must be submitted to the
Planning Department.
