RECOMMENDATION TO COMMON COUNCIL TO ACQUIRE LANDS
LOCATED IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 3 AND NE 114 SECTION 10 (MARTIN
DRIVE REALIGNMENT)
WHEREAS, The Engineering Department has recommended that lands be
acquired for the realignment of Martin Drive with Janesville Road, generally
located in the SE 114 of Section 3 and NE 114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, The Waukesha County DOT approval of Quietwood Creek
Subdivision is conditioned upon said realignment, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends the
acquisition of land generally located in the SE 114 of Section 3 and NE 114 of
Section 10 for the purpose of realigning Martin Drive with Janesville Road.
