RESOLUTION #P.C. 175-2000
APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A'BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION
LOCATED AT W183 S8750 RACINE AVENUE (TAX KEY NOS. 2237.999.001
AND 2242.999)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by the Muskego High School Gridiron Club to
amend the existing building, site and operation plan of the Muskego-Norway
School District property located at W183 S8750 Racine Avenue on September 6,
2000, and
WHEREAS, The existing property contains the district high school and athletic
facilities, and
PLAN FOR THE MUSKEGO-NORWAY SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTY
WHEREAS, The property is zoned Rs-2IOIPISuburban Residence District as
modified by the Institution and Public Service Overly and the existing use is in
conformance to all the requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to construct an approximately 45' by 9'
press box and would be in conformance with said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The press box would be located atop the bleachers approved by
Resolution #PC75-2000 on April 4, 2000, and
WHEREAS, The press box is proposed to be constructed with an ElFS facade
colored off-white with red and black accent striping.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an
amended building, site and operation plan for the construction of a press box at
the property located at W183 S8750 Racine Avenue, for Muskego-Norway
School District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the
Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape
areas building facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless
otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained
in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the
initiation of legal action, or both.
