APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO A BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PIAN FOR
CROWBAR ROAD
THE MUSKEGO-NORWAY SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTY LOCATED AT W216 S10586
(TAX KEY NO. 2282.999)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Muskego-Norway School District to amend the
existing building, site and operation plan of the Lake Denoon Middle School property
located at W216 S10586 Crowbar Road on July 24,2000, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2/01P, Suburban Residence District as modified by
the Institution and Public Service Overlay, and the existing use is in conformance to all the
requirements of said zoning district, and
WHEREAS, The proposed amendment is to install an approximately 15,600 SF paved play
area along the existing fire lane at the rear of the building to be separated from the existing
parking area by a 20 wide grass area, and
WHEREAS, Engineering calculations are required which exhibit conformance with the
City's Stormwater Management Ordinance, and said calculations have not been provided.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amended
building, site and operation plan to install a paved play area at the Lake Denoon Middle
School property located at W216 S10586 Crowbar Road, for the Muskego-Norway School
District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That compliance with the City's Stormwater Management
Ordinance must be approved by the City Engineer and Public Works Committee prior to the
commencement of work.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas building
facades and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the
Plan Commission.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action,
or both.
