PCR2000160aAPPROVED RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT SlOO W13402 LOOMIS DRIVE from RSE Suburban ESTATE District ,to RSEIOIP, Suburban ESTATE District AS MODIFIED BY THE INSTITUTIONAL AND PUBLIC SERVICE OVERLAY, LOCATED IN THE SE % OF SECTION 17 (PART OF TAX KEY NO. 2228.999) WHEREAS, A petition for rezoning was submitted by the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department to rezone the Schultz property from RSE, Suburban Residence District, to RSE, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Institutional and Public Service Overlay, and WHEREAS, The total area to be rezoned would include approximately 26,000 square feet, and WHEREAS, The rezoning was a condition of approval of Certified Survey Map deferred by the Plan Commission under Resolution #P.C. 149-2000, and WHEREAS, The rezoned lands will accommodate a future fire department expansion, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing for the rezoning has been held before the Common Council on August 8,2000, and WHEREAS, The adjacent properties are zoned RSE to the east and south, B4 to the west, and STH 36 is located to the north, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby recommend approval to the Common Council for the rezoning of approximately 26,000 square feet from RSE, Suburban Residence District, to RSE, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Institutional and Public Service Overlay (part of Tax Key 2228.999).
