PCR2000160e RESOLUTION #P.C. 160-2000 APPROVAL OF A 40' X 64' ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE SUPERIOR EMERALD PARK LANDFILL, INC. PROPERTY LOCATED AT W124 Si0629 WEST 124'h STREET (TAX KEY NO. 2301.998) WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted by Superior Emerald Park Landfill, Inc. to construct a 40 x 64' (2,560 SF) accessory structure at the property located at W124 SI0629 West 1241h Street on March 20.2000, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1, General Industrial District, and where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 17:4.05 of the Municipal Code, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 2-percent of the total lot area and the property is allowed 103,237 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and the property currently has two outbuilding totaling 8,400 SF, and WHEREAS, The proposed outbuilding will be located approximately 750-feet west of State Trunk Highway 45 and screened from view by a 30' high berm, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure maintains all necessary offsets and setbacks, the height surrounding area, and the materials submitted are complimentary to the principal structure. is limited to 20.5 feet, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's 0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a compatible size structure not exceeding 2,560 square feet for the Superior Emerald Park Landfill, Inc. property at W!24 S10629 West 124'h Street in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) Band 6.11 (2). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
