PCR20001560 AMENDED AND ADOPTED RESOLUTION #P.C. 156-2000 APPROVAL OF A 900 SQUARE FOOT ACCESSORY STRUCTURE FOR THE HOORMANN PROPERTY LOCATED AT S77 W15455 WOODS ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2203.995.006) WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted by Bob Hoormann to construct a 900 square foot accessory structure at the property located at S77 W15455 Woods Road on July 21,2000, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence District, where said structure is a permitted accessory use and subject to Plan Commission review per Section 4.05 (2) C.1, and WHEREAS, The total square footage for accessory structures is limited to 1 % of the total land area and the property is allowed 2,134 square feet of total square footage of accessory buildings, and a 584 SF detached garage structure currently exists on the property, and said structure is proposed to be constructed with cedar siding and an asphalt shingled roof, and WHEREAS, The location of the structure maintains all necessary offsets and setbacks, limited to 15' in overall height, the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's surrounding area, and the petitioners do not propose the use of this nor 0 any other structure on the property for business related activities. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an accessory structure not exceeding 900 square feet for the Hoormann property at S77 W15455 Woods Road in accordance to Section 4.05 (1) B and 6.1 1 (2) and that subject accessory structure not be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related material or equipment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Thh failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
