APPROVAL OF THE 2010 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND RECOMMENDATION
OF SAME TO THE COMMON COUNCIL
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego appointed a 2010 Comprehensive Plan study
committee which was charged with the task of preparing an update to the adopted 2005
Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan Committee presented its findings and
recommendations to the Plan Commission on March 28, 2000, and
WHEREAS, The draft 2010 Comprehensive Plan was available for public inspection
during an Open Book period throughout the month of April 2000, and over 250 copies
of the draft Plan were distributed to the public, and
WHEREAS, On May 2, 2000 the Plan Commission held a public hearing to consider
the recommendations of the 2010 Comprehensive Plan Committee, and
WHEREAS, The 2010 Comprehensive Plan Committee subsequently met to revise the
Commission consideration, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission does hereby approve the
2010 Comprehensive Plan as revised by the Committee on June 22,2000 and
amended by the Plan Commission on September 5,2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend the adoption of
the 2010 Plan to the Common Council.
