PCR2000138ADOPTED RESOLUTION #P.C. 138-2000 APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO A TWO-FAMILY STRUCTURE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S86 W18992 WOODS ROAD (TAX KEY NO. 2228.994.001) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on July 7, 2000 to for the construction of a 480 square foot addition to the Baas property located at S86 W18992 Woods Road, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned Rs-3/0PD, Suburban Residence District as modified by the Planned Development Overlay, and WHEREAS, All additions and alterations to two-family properties are subject to Plan Commission review, and WHEREAS, The proposed addition meets all setback and offset requirements, and WHEREAS, The proposed addition is 480 square feet in area, and said addition is proposed to be constructed to match the existing residence with vinyl siding and an asphalt shingled roof, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the construction of a 480 square foot addition to the Baas property located at S86 W18992 0 Woods Road. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas, building fapdes, and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission and that failure to comply with the approval contained in this resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal action, or both.
