APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO A TWO-FAMILY STRUCTURE FOR
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S80 Wl9178-80 JANESVILLE ROAD (TAX KEY NO.
2225.065)
WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on July 6, 2000 to for the construction of a 1,033
square foot addition to the Tesch property located at S80 W19178-80 Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2, Suburban Residence District, and the
existing duplex use was granted an automatic Conditional Use Grant, and
WHEREAS, All additions and alterations to two-family properties are subject to Plan
Commission review, and
WHEREAS, The proposed addition meets all setback and offset requirements of the
RS-2 District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed addition will be constructed with materials that match the
existing residence, and
WHEREAS, The proposed addition is 1,033 square feet in area, and said addition is
asphalt shingled roof, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the
construction of a 1,033 square foot addition to the Tesch property located at S80
W19178-80 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building
Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to landscape areas, building
fapdes, and drainage shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by
the Plan Commission and that failure to comply with the approval contained in this
resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $100 per day, the initiation of legal
action, or both.
