RESOLUTION #P.C. 128-2000
APPROVAL OF DEED RESTRICTIONS FOR QUIETWOOD CREEK SUBDIVISION
LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 3, NE 114 OF SECTION 10, AND SE 114 OF
SECTION 10
WHEREAS, Deed restrictions for the Quietwood Creek Subdivision were submitted by
Quietwood Creek LLC on June 12,2000, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code requires Plan commission approval of
Deed Restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The Planning Department has reviewed said restrictions and
recommended amendments as outlined in Plan Commission Supplement PC 128-2000
attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the Deed
Restrictions for Quietwood Creek Subdivision, located in the SE 114 of Section 3, NE
114 of Section 10, and SE 1 /4 of Section 10.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all corrections and amendments detailed in Plan
Commission Supplement PC 128-2000 shall be made by Quietwood Creek LLC prior to
recording said restrictions.
