PCR2000124RESOLUTION #P.C. 124-2000 APPROVAL TO AMEND THE BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PLANS FOR MW MARINE AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S63 W13951 COLLEGE AVENUE (TAX KEY NO. 2162.999) WHEREAS, Plans were submitted on June 7, 2000 to amend an existing Building Site and Operation Plan to permit the installation of fencing for the MW Marine property located at S63 W13951 College Avenue (Tax Key No. 2162.999), and WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-2, General Industrial, and whereas the existing use is a permitted use, and WHEREAS, The petitioner proposes to install a six foot (6) high chain-link fence with a 1' barbed-wire top, and this shall require written permission from the abutting property owners, and WHEREAS, The Fire Department has reviewed and approved the fencing location. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of an amendment to the existing Building Site and Operation Plan to permit the installation of fencing for the MW Marine property located at S63 W13951 College Avenue. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That prior to the issuance of Building Permits, applicant shall submit written permission from the abutting property owners for the installation of 0 barbed wire. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That slatting shall be installed in the chain link fencing to provide screening of the storage area from the public view.
