PCR2000113* RESOLUTION #P.C113-2000 APPROVAL OF REMOVAL OF PARTIAL STREET RESERVATION FOR THE PELLMANN PROPERTY, LOCATED AT SI01 W14510 LOOMIS ROAD IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 26 (TAX KEY NO 2264.998.003 and 2264.998.005) WHEREAS, A request for partial removal of a street reservation was submitted by Marvin Pellmann for property located in the SW 114 of Section 26, on May 26, 2000, and WHEREAS, Said reservation extends 245.2 feet from the northerly property line of Tax Key Numbers 2264.998.003 and 2264.998.005, and WHEREAS, Said reservation bisects wetlands which are a connected enlargement of Big Muskego lake, and WHEREAS, Said reservation is not necessary to serve future development on adjoining properties, and WHEREAS, The the reservation is not illustrated on the adopted 2010 Street System Plan as a necessary street extension, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission to the Common Council northern boundary of the parcels identified as ax Key Numbers 2264.998.003 and 2264.998.005. 0 the approval of the removal of a street reservation extending 245.2 feet from the Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted: June 6,2000 Defeated: Deferred: Introduced: June 6, 2000 AlTEST.
