PCR2000111AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 11 1-2000 APPROVAL OF BUILDING SITE AND OPERATION PIAN AND DETERMINATION OF NON-SUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO CONDITIONAL USE GRANT AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W179 57714116 PIONEER DRIVE WHEREAS, Plans were submitted by Sowinski Repair, Inc. on May 22, 2000, for building site and operation plan approval and determination of non-substantial change to conditional use grant for the service and sale of refurbished small engines at the property located at W179 S7714 / 16 Pioneer Drive, and WHEREAS, Said property is currently zoned 8-3, General Business District, and currently has a conditional use grant allowing the operation of auto sales and repair, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission finds that the operation of a small engine repair business will have a lesser impact on the surrounding properties than auto sales and repair, and WHEREAS, No service will be conducted outside the confines of the building, and WHEREAS, Outdoor display of product will be limited to three (3) in number and required to be placed on the sidewalk abutting the building and no machines may be left outdoors during non-business hours, and WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be 8:OO a.m. to 8:OO p.m. on weeknights and 8 a.m. to 2:OO p.m. on Saturday, no Sunday hours, no outside storage will be allowed, no parking of trailers in the front of the building will be allowed, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the building, site and operation plan submitted by Sowinski Repair, Inc. and determines the operation for the service and sale of refurbished small engines a non-substantial change to the conditional use grant at the property located at W179 S7714 1 16 Pioneer Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a copy of said plans be kept on file in the Building Department and that all aspect of this plan as they relate to the size of the tenant area and types of products offered for sale shall be maintained in perpetuity unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comDlv with the aDDroval contained in this e e resolution shall result in the imposition of fines of $io0 per day,' ihe initiation of legal action, or both. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That parking lot striping is to be completed within 90 days of approval.
