PCR2000107AMENDED AND ADOPTED 0 RESOLUTION #P.C. 107A-2000 APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PIAN AND STREET TREE PLANTING PLAN FOR THE ROSEWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN THE NE 114 AND NW % OF SECTION 11 (MOORLAND ROAD CORRIDOR) WHEREAS, a landscape buffer and street tree planting plan was submitted by Rosewood Estates Partnership for the Rosewood Estates Subdivision located in the NE 1/4 and NW % of Section I1 on July 18,2000. and the size and species of trees to be retained, and WHEREAS, said plans illustrate the retention of existing trees indicated on a tree survey which identifies WHEREAS, The Outlots of the Rosewood Estates Subdivision are illustrated on the Final Plat to include landscape buffers abutting the Moorland Road corridor, and said areas are illustrated on the plans received. WHEREAS. Said plans illustrate the planting of diverse deciduous species for street trees, with no caliper specified, and said species are approved by the City of Muskego Urban Forestry Plans, and WHEREAS, Said plans illustrate the planting of coniferous trees in the 30' planting easement, with the minimum planting height not specified, and the Plan Commission requires all such plantings to be a minimum of 6 tall. WHEREAS, The Land Division Ordinance and the Urban Forestry Plan recommends specific trees for planting and said plan meets this requirement. and I @ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan COmmiSSiOn approves Of a landscape buffer plan and street tree plan for the Rosewood Estates Subdivision located in the NE 114 and NW % of Section 11 Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted: August I, 2000 Defeated: Deferred: June 6.2000; June 20,2000; July 18,2000 Introduced: June 8, 2000 ATTEST:Sandi Asti.
