DETERMINATION OF NONSUBSTANTIAL CHANGE TO THE BUILDING SITE AND
OPERATION PIAN AND CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR B. MICHAELS SPIRIT
HOUSE (TAX KEY NO. 2174.189 I S64 W19295 MARTIN DRIVE)
WHEREAS, On May 5,2000 a request to serve simple Mexican food at the
premises commonly know as B. Michael's Spirit House has been received from Bertram
Schneider, and
WHEREAS, the proposed addition of this food service would require the addition
of food preparation equipment; and
WHEREAS, The existing Business Site and Operation Plan permits the sale of
pizzas and similar food items which do not require full kitchen facilities, and
WHEREAS, Petitioner would increase seating capacity by 8.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Plan Commission finds that this alteration
does not constitute a substantial change to the approved Building Site and Operation
Plan and Conditional Use Grant.
